The warranty period of 2 years are only valid if the product is mounted in accordance with our instructions and the product has not been dismantled or used in any way not intended for the product in question.
We will not honour claims for coverage of operational loss, loss of profit or time, or other indirect consequential economic losses.
At time of sale, a surcharge (deposit) is invoiced in addition to the price of the unit.
The surcharge deposit for cores returned within 24 months will be fully credited if they are returned in the original packaging and comply with the core acceptance criteria.
Cores returned to CPI that do not correspond to items purchased from CPI are not eligible for core crediting.
The exchange conditions listed above apply unless any amendment is accepted in writing by Car Parts Industries.
